As the seasons gently turn and autumn begins to settle across our landscapes, there is an invitation in the air — to slow, to soften, to return.

March carries a quiet reverence. A reminder that growth is not only found in expansion, but also in reflection. In the pause. In the conscious decision to step back in order to see more clearly.

It is this same philosophy that lives at the heart of Ananda Wellness Holistic Getaways.

With roots in the mountain forests of Limpopo, nature has always been my greatest teacher. The wilderness has shown me that transformation is rarely loud — it is layered, patient, and profoundly grounding. Over the past decade, guiding yoga practices and holding transformative retreats has only deepened my belief that when we intentionally step away from our daily rhythms, we create space to remember who we truly are.

Through yoga, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, TRE®, and restorative practices, my work has always centred around one core truth:
